Continuing work to improve the University network

During the last few months, we’ve been working extensively to improve the resilience and security of the campus network. After extensive discussion with various departments in the University and subject to approval, this work is planned to continue on Monday 5 September as we plan to perform diagnostic tests on the network between 8am and 10am. 

While this work is being performed to diagnose a potential issue with the wireless network, there is a small chance that you may occasionally lose access to the network on your desktop computer as well as your mobile devices between those times. Please consider this when planning your work for Monday morning.
