Changes to Adobe Creative Cloud subscription
21 Jul 2016
Adobe Creative Cloud includes Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and more.
Creative Cloud is subscription-based software and our one-year subscription agreement is due to change shortly.
As a result of this, we are planning (pending approval) to remove all Adobe Creative Cloud software subscriptions to September 2016 from the Electronic Software Delivery system (ESD) at 9am on Monday 1 August. After this date, licenses cannot be bought in this subscription year. However, orders before this date will be fulfilled.
From this date onwards, you will be able to pre-order Creative Cloud subscriptions to September 2017, which will have guide pricing. When pricing has been confirmed and the necessary financial procedures have taken place, we will fulfil these orders. If the guide pricing is different, you will be offered the opportunity to cancel the order.
If you urgently require a Creative Cloud license during this pre-order only stage, one option is to buy a two-year subscription from the ESD. Please contact the IT Support Centre for more information.
If you already have a one-year subscription licence, you should have already received an email from us about this.
