Networking event asks: Where will Women Engineers be in 2025?
To mark National Women in Engineering Day 2016, the University is holding an afternoon of talks, followed by an open discussion on what more is needed to progress gender equality in the field of engineering.
The speakers are:
Elaine Beason, Engineering Project Management Lead, Rolls Royce;
Professor Cinzia Casiraghi, School of Chemistry.
The panel discussion will discuss ‘Where will Women Engineers be in 2025?’ and the MentorSET will be led by Robin Marks, Women Engineers’ Society.
And there will be tea, cakes and networking
The event is being held on Thursday, 23 June, 1pm – 4pm, at the Kanaris Lecture Theatre, Manchester Museum, Oxford Road, Manchester M13 9PL
