Minister to speak at Alliance Manchester Business School on Northern Powerhouse

James Wharton MP, Minister for Local Growth and the Northern Powerhouse will give a speech at the Alliance Manchester Business School.

Devolution: an exciting time for the regions and what this means for the Northern Powerhouse will give more insight into local developments.
