What your colleagues say about Uni Fit
Lucy Swinton:
“Mike is a great trainer, he is genuinely interested in everyone’s personal goals, and although it is a group session he takes into account any injuries/long term problems and tailors exercises so they challenge each member. He’s really supportive, giving extra advice and tips for training and nutrition - for example when lots of us were training for the Manchester 10K. I’ve stuck with UniFit for over two years because the sessions are fun, challenging and are always different so keep you stimulated. Although the classes are tough (!) I look forward to them and always feel good afterwards – even if my muscles are a bit sore!”
Patrick Johnston:
"Uni Fit has really helped to develop my fitness in a short space of time. There has been a noticeable difference to how I feel and it has energised me to get involved in other things, like running the Manchester 10K. The sessions are hard but fun and with a small friendly group of staff.”
Stephanie Marsh:
“I joined UniFit when it first started a number of years ago and loved it from the first session. Mike knows just how to push you and tweaks the exercises for individuals so you get the best out of each session. I took a break from UniFit for around 12 months, in favour of personal training sessions with Mike, but after a change in circumstances I am back at UniFit twice a week and still loving it and I have to be honest, it hasn’t got easier! But that’s what I love about it, Mike knows how to challenge you.”
