Blackboard testing on Monday 16 May

On Monday 9 May we conducted some tests on Blackboard to ensure successful delivery of the forthcoming online exams.

This unfortunately resulted in a temporary interruption to service. Since then, we have been working with Blackboard to understand why there was this failure.

Blackboard have made some recommendations and in order for us to have confidence in the successful delivery of the online exams, we intend to do further testing between 6.30am and 10am Monday 16 May.

We are not expecting disruption to service, however please be aware that it should be considered ‘at risk’ until 10am.

The tests took place successfully and we encountered no Blackboard issues.
