A Lunchtime at the Opera

Help us raise money for Leukaemia

We invite you to join us for a selection of enjoyable and entertaining snippets from well-known operas to raise money for Leukaemia Care: a charity that provides support to people affected by blood cancer.

When: Wednesday 18 May at 1pm (the concert will last around 30 minutes)

Where: St. Peter's Chaplaincy (opposite Blackwell’s on Oxford Road)

How much: suggested donation (on the door)

The pieces will be performed by Leonie Maxwell who is a former University of Manchester student and talented professional singer in the early stages of her career.

She is accompanied by Tim Kenney from the Royal Northern College of Music.

Hot drinks and Home-made cakes will be available to buy afterwards.
