On our next Wellbeing Day (Wednesday, 27 April), take time to discover new ways of improving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle and state of mind
Wellbeing is a partnership between different parts of the University which focuses on your psychological health, physical fitness and wellbeing. Wellbeing Days run throughout the year and complement our annual Wellbeing Week,
So come along next Wednesday and take your pick from a range of activites from massage to manicure to tai chi.
