On Wednesday, 16 March (2.30 - 4pm) in Wellbeing Rooms Simon Building, Ground Floor - Activity Room
This session will cover warm up and cool down exercise to help prevent injury.
This practical class will teach you beneficial exercise to improve your core, and tips on stretching and releasing techniques to reduce muscle tightness and imbalances.
