Issues with some printers on campus

We've been made aware that there's an issue with one of the servers which looks after printers on campus today (4 March)
This is affecting the iprint service which is mainly used by staff. The 'pull print' system mainly used by students is not affected by this problem.
Even though this is a known fault, we would still like you to contact the IT Support Centre to report this.
The more information you can supply the better. If you're able to do so, supplying the following information about the affected printer will help:
- Building and room number
- Make and model of printer
- The printer name (if using a standard University managed desktop PC, this can be found by going to Devices and Printers from the Start menu, and the printer name will appear as a list of letters and numbers, containing ipp://)
