Our Give As You Earn (GAYE) Scheme enables you to donate to your favourite charity by automatic deductions from your monthly pay
With Give As You Earn, your charity receives your net gift plus the tax you would have paid on it. If you choose to donate £10.00 a month to your charity, it will only cost you £8 if you are a Basic Rate (20%) tax payer and £6.00 for a Higher Rate (40%) tax payer.

Donating via your pay benefits your charity in many ways as they automatically receive the enhanced donation giving them regular financial support and they avoid the added administrative burden of collecting Gift Aid, which is capped at 20% irrespective of your earnings. This helps smaller charities in particular, as many do not have the resource to claim back Gift Aid.

We have been working with the Charities Aid Foundation for nearly 20 years. They are an HMRC Approved charitable organisation that distributes your donations to your good causes.
As we are no longer being supported by Workplace Giving UK on our promotions for Give As You Earn, you will not be able to use their app to track your donations, but you can check your monthly pay slip via MyView.
