Ballet Workout at the Wednesday Workshop
A Ballet Workout is being held at the Wednesday Workshop on 9 March, 2.30-4pm, at the Wellbeing Rooms, Simon Building.
The ballet-based workout will be using arms and specific technique both standing and on the mat. It consists of core, legs and some jumping...tutus are optional!
