Steve's Gymnastic Strength Training is based on the world renowned Gymnastic Bodies. Basically it is training your core for posture, function, and performance or to develop a gymnast-like six pack. Many of the exercise progressions work the core in unique ways.
It is generally focused exclusively on the development of the seven GST fundamentals and the necessary mobility requirements that go hand in hand with them; Front Lever, Straddle Planche, Side Lever, Manna, Single Leg Squat, Hollow Back Press and Rope Climb.
