As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing management capability at all levels we are offering another opportunity for Senior Managers to complete the 360 degree feedback process.

Senior Managers: 360 Feedback Programme

This is an opportunity for Senior Managers to obtain 360 feedback in order to identify any personal development needs. This includes identifying and building on their strengths and looking at their potential development areas.

The questionnaires are collated by an external company and a follow up 1:1 meeting will be scheduled with a Personal coach from Staff Learning and Development who will work through the report with you.  Coaching support will be offered in order to help identify the next steps in your personal development. 

The programme consists of:

• A one hour introduction to the 360 feedback process.

• Your own confidential personal feedback report

• A one to one feedback and coaching session

• Support with any personal development planning where required.
