Wednesday Workshop: Yoga for Relaxation

On Wednesday, 10 February (2.30-4pm) in the Wellbeing Rooms, Simon Building
Active Manchester are running a series of Workshops on Wednesdays during Semester 2. Each session will last 1.5 hours and will cost £7.50 for staff.
The session will feature flowing sequences designed to relax and rejuvenate body and mind Followed by guided meditation/yoga Nidra.
