Be Fire Aware - E-Learning

This session will cover the University's general procedures in respect of fire and emergencies, guidance for emergency evacuation, and practical advice on how to avoid fires in the workplace.

This a 60 minute e-learning course and is easily accessible for most staff.

Who should take this course:

• All staff new to the University. 
• Staff who have recently changed location.
• Staff who want to refresh their training.

At the end of the course delegates will have an effective awareness of fire and how fire risk is controlled in the workplace.  

Following this course there is also an opportunity to undertake Fire Evacuation Marshal Training.
