How can PSS enhance the student experience?

Training available for all PSS staff (including non-student facing roles)

All PSS colleagues need to be concerned about enhancing the student experience, whether or not you work directly with students. 

This interactive workshop considers ways of equipping those working in PSS roles to have a deeper awareness of how students' understand higher education with a view to enhancing the student experience. 

We will explore how PSS colleagues understand Higher Education and if this matches students' understanding. 

There will be an opportunity to reflect on how PSS colleagues might improve the student experience. For those who do not work directly with students, this is a chance to look at ways of improving processes, mindful of the purpose of Higher Education.
