Do you need your Danwood printer/photocopier?

If you have a printer/photocopier from Danwood that is now surplus to requirements please email the Procurement Office before 15 January and arrangements will be made to remove the equipment.

As part of a MFD (multi-function device) contract consolidation exercise, it has been necessary to extend the central contract with The Danwood Group until 31 May 2016.

The University is nearing the end of a tender process to select a new supplier and expects to award a contract next month. The expectation is that machines from Danwood will be replaced during April/May 2016 and that the new supplier will consult with end users as to the most suitable replacement.

However, the University is able to terminate contracts on 31 January 2016 for machines that are no longer required.
