Workplace Giving UK, which has been supporting the promotion of our Payroll Giving Scheme, has folded with the loss of 25 jobs

If you have seen recent press stories and donate via our Payroll Giving Scheme, you should be totally reassured that this has no impact on the donations you have set up for your charities. As a specialist fundraising agency, Workplace Giving UK’s remit at the University was only to promote the benefits of this way of giving. The Charities Aid Foundation, which has been working with us for 20 years, is responsible for distributing your actual donations to your charities.

Our Payroll Giving Scheme page is now being rebranded and we will continue to support and work with the Charities Aid Foundation to promote the benefits of this fantastic way of giving. Your donations in the last 12 months have exceeded £112,000 towards good causes which is a great achievement to be celebrated.
