Preparations begin for launch of 2016 student surveys

Both the NSS (National Student Survey) and PTES (Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey) will open on Monday, 1 February and close on Saturday, 30 April 2016
The DSE’s Student Communications Team will play a key part in promoting participation in the surveys and will continue to use the “Your say for your Uni” campaign to try and encourage more students to complete the surveys. Promotional materials will be produced via the Student Communications Team and they will be sending out reminder emails to students.
You can help too! If you have any contact with students please encourage them to complete the surveys as this is their opportunity to have their say and they really can make a difference. Surveys like this are a key source of information indicating student satisfaction and provide us with valuable feedback on students’ experiences during their university life here at Manchester.
During the survey period, the Surveys Team will be sending out regular updates to colleagues in each of the Schools to advise of response rates and will be happy to offer guidance on how it might be possible to increase students’ participation in the surveys.
