Issues affecting The University of Manchester and other institutions

The Jisc Twitter account is reporting that all affected connections have been restored, and engineers are still investigating.

There is currently a major incident on the Janet network, affecting The University of Manchester and other institutions

This is causing intermittent issues accessing external internet sites (among other things) and it is under investigation with the Janet team.
