Nominate individual staff members or teams who have made exceptional contributions at work by Monday, 1 February 2016
The University is proud to have a range of schemes which recognise the achievements of our staff and show our appreciation of their contributions.
Our Rewarding Exceptional Performance Policy recognises outstanding achievement by individual staff members by awarding additional pay to staff in grades 1-8 who make an exceptional contribution either to a one-off task/project, or through a sustained exceptional contribution in their role. An appropriate payment may also be split between a team where it has been a combined effort.
The scheme for 2015-16 is now open for nominations until Monday, 1 February 2016.
