Public events to discuss who is responsible for your health information, where is the information held and how anonymous can you really be?
The Centre for Primary Care in the Institute of Population Health is hosting two public events about data sharing.
The NIHR Greater Manchester Primary Care Patient Safety Translational Research Centre (Greater Manchester PSTRC) events include a theatre piece to explore this thorny topic.
An all-day session at the Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI) on Wednesday, 28 October will be part of the Manchester Science Festival.
The session will discuss who is responsible for your health information? Where is the information held? How anonymous can you ever really be? Meet researchers from the NIHR Greater Manchester PSTRC who are working to understand just that, and improve access to health data and what this means for us as a population.

The following day there will be an interactive theatre production at the STUN Studio, Z-ARTS in Hulme.
Local theatre company Strawberry Blonde Curls is writing a bespoke piece of theatre around the topic of data sharing.
