Bike in for breakfast on campus
02 Oct 2015
Corridor Manchester monthly cycle event on Wednesday, 7 October (8.15–9.15am) at Eats Restaurant, University Place
The Corridor Manchester monthly cycle event is once again returning to the University of Manchester for October. This is a great opportunity to meet with our vibrant cycling community and enjoy the customary free breakfast, which will be provided for all attendees.
At this event, colleagues from the Faculty of Life Sciences will be bringing along their new cargo bike, which is used for transporting equipment and materials across campus sustainably. Any attendees who would like to are welcome to give it a try!
The University’s Crime Reduction Advisor, Ian Halliwell, will also be on hand to offer bike registration and security marking (this is weather dependent).
If you’re in possession of a bike which is a slightly the worse for wear, then fear not! Revolve MCR will be setting up just outside University Place to offer free bike checks and get you back on the road.
Registration
Please register in advance if you plan to come along. This speeds up your sign-in and helps the organisers to plan for the right numbers, but you can still register in person on the day!
