'Devoted' driver needed for Manchester Pride float

Could you drive the University's float and parade entry in the Manchester Pride parade on Saturday, 29 August?
Manchester Pride 2015 will feature the University's biggest ever entry, with over 130 staff, students, friends and family taking part in the parade to illustrate the theme 'The University of Manchester - devoted to equality since 1824'.
But, unfortunately, we have yet to find a driver!
The vehicle is a 7.5T flatbed, so anyone who passed their driving test before January 1997 is eligible to drive it.
The driver would be required to collect the vehicle from Cheetham Hill on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning, then return it once the parade is over.
