Registration for Summer Intensive Mandarin School is now open

The intensive Beginners Summer School is for complete beginners who want to experience an intense two weeks of learning the four language skills in Mandarin; listening, speaking, reading and writing

The course runs from the 3-14 August 2015, from 10am - 5pm on weekdays. 

The cost of the course is £360 public/£330 UoM staff/students. 

Morning sessions will consist of three hours of classroom-based learning, while afternoons will consist of a further three hours of Chinese characters, language exercises and one-to-one oral practice. The course will culminate with a mock HSK exam and mini graduation ceremony.

Course requirements

For the Beginner Course, no previous knowledge or study of Chinese is required.
