Thank you to everyone who has interacted with us so far – it’s great to see that some of the changes we’ve made are already making a positive difference.
Support Centre online
The new online Support Centre launched on 23 June, allowing you to track your IT requests more easily than ever before and even schedule an appointment for an IT support visit, all online.
While we’re pleased with the feedback we’ve received on this to date, we’re also aware that as a new service there may still be the odd hiccup or gremlin – please bear with us if this is the case and call the Support Centre on extension 65544 if you are experiencing any difficulties.
