The upgrade to October 2014 Release has introduced some new features, and improved functionality in a number of areas of Blackboard

All users of Blackboard.
What has happened?
The Student Systems Team (previously eLearning Applications Team) has successfully upgraded Blackboard to “October 2014 Release”. This upgrade has introduced some new features, and improved functionality in a number of areas of Blackboard.
Blackboard areas affected in this upgrade
- Student preview mode (NEW)
- Assessment – Bug fixes to Calculated Formula Questions and Quiz settings
- Assignments – multiple markers, double-marking and anonymous grading (NEW)
- Blog and Journal Tools – bug fix for options to adjust a single student’s mark
- Grade Centre – Bug fixes and improvements to wording in the interface/action menus
- Plus there are some general changes to the system
