In a new series of videos, staff from the University tell us which of these figures are their heritage heroes, explaining their achievements and why they resonate today.
Catherine Chisholm (1878–1952) was the first female graduate of medicine from The University of Manchester, a paediatrician and founder of the Duchess of York Hospital for Babies.
