Come and join in the fun, learn a new activity and improve your co-ordination, strength, flexibility or just de-stress: we have sessions to suit all levels
New for 2015 is Barre Concept – a combination of Pilates and yoga fused with basic ballet; it’s great for toning, strength and co-ordination.
We also have our usual Tai Chi for health, which is an excellent way to improve your posture and eliminate any stresses on your joints, not to mention how it focuses your mind, making you feel relaxed and peaceful.
And we mustn’t forget courses for people wishing to get super-fit, such as Kettlebells, Cardioblast and Insanity. Alternatively, try Jivamukta Yoga, which is a fast-paced, flowing yoga.
