Non-University and external personnel expenses/fee claim form

Following a review a new look PR7 form has been launched.

Previously there were three existing forms which were in circulation, these have now successfully been combined in to one.  Therefore the forms which were known as:  Non-University and External Personnel PR7 Fees, PR7 Expenses and PR7 Foreign have all been removed from the intranet. 

The new PR7 form can now be used for Fees and /or Expenses that are paid into UK and Foreign bank accounts.

In addition there are several other new features which have now been included on the form as follows:

• Claimant's email address
• A reminder to complete the New Starter Checklist, which replaces the P46
• Routing / clearing information for foreign bank accounts
• Information for self employed
• Guidelines to assist the claimant

The new PR7 version is now available on the Staffnet and Manchester University web pages. Therefore please dispose of all old copies and use this new version immediately.
