Witness the region's finest science communicators in battle for national finals
Witness the region's finest science communicators as they battle it out to win a place in the FameLab national final, at the Museum of Science and Industry on Monday, 8 December.
Armed only with their wits and a few props, our challengers will compete to enthrall you with their answers to some of the most bizarre and pertinent questions from the worlds of science, technology, engineering and maths.
The result is an unpredictable, enlightening and exciting way to encourage your curiosity and find out about the latest research.
Finalists in the event, from 6.30pm to 9.30pm, include:
