This is an opportunity for Senior Managers to obtain 360 feedback in order to identify any personal development needs including identifying and building strengths and potential development areas.
The programme consists of an initial briefing and set up session to enable participants to select the most appropriate people to provide feedback and discuss any concerns they may have. Questionnaires are collated by an external company and a follow up 1:1 meeting will be scheduled with an internal consultant from STDU who will work through the report, feedback and will provide coaching support in order to help participants identify the next steps in their personal development.
Executive Coaching support can then be provided as required.
