| Monday, 15 December 2014 | There is no change to mid-month payroll. Therefore, without exception all paperwork should be received in to HR Services no later than: Monday, 1 December 2014 |
Fees Payroll | Monday, 15 December 2014 | There is no change to the pay date for Fee payments. Therefore, all fully completed and authorised PR7’s need to be received in to HR Services no later than: Monday, 1 December 2014 |
Casuals Payroll – Mid Month | Monday, 15 December 2014 | Fully completed and authorised timesheets to be received in to HR Services no later than: Monday, 1 December 2014 |
End of Month Payroll: Inc Pensioner Payroll | Monday, 22 December 2014 | Without exception all completed paperwork needs to be received in to HR Services no later than: Monday, 8 December 2014 NB: This will include any completed timesheets for those Casuals paid at the end of the month. |
Staff Expenses – Weekly - Final payroll | Friday, 19 December 2014 | Staff expenses are paid weekly. 19 December will be the final pay run. This will include all expenses received in to HR Services on or before: 1 December 2014 |
Weekly Payroll | Friday, 19 December 2014 | All staff that get paid on a weekly basis will receive a total of three weeks’ pay: this will include pay for the following weeks: Week 1 – 15 to 21 December 2014 Week 2 – 22 to 28 December 2014 Week 3 – 29 December 2014 to 4 January 2015 All paperwork in relation to this payroll needs to be received by HR Services by: Tuesday, 16 December 2014 |
