Love Giving - Workplace Giving Scheme

The University has launched a Workplace Giving Scheme  to help you donate on a regular basis via your pay to the causes you care most about. This way of giving is the only method of giving that allows your charity to receive the full taxable amount automatically every month.  This means for regular tax payers you can give £6.25 to your charity and it will only cost you £5 from your take home pay. If you are a higher rate tax payer a donation of £50 instantly becomes £83.33 for your charity with the 40% tax relief! Statistics show that nearly £900 million a year is lost to charity through tax as Gift Aid is capped at 20% and many smaller charities do not even have the resources to claim this back. If you sign up by the 9th November Workplace Giving UK will give an extra £10 towards your first chosen charity for the first month. It’s so easy to sign up either:

Kiddivouchers and The Teenage Cancer Trust

Our childcare vouchers provider Kiddivouchers will be undertaking a customer satisfaction survey of all our registered users from 7 November until 7 January 2015. For every completed survey Kiddivouchers will donate £1 to the Teenage Cancer Trust ward at The Christie Hospital. As we have over 800 Kiddivouchers users your opinions are important in more ways than one!!
