Many of us work with students on a daily basis, but it isn’t always the main part of our job. That can mean we miss out on training and information which might help us to better support students.
The Working With Students Network aims to provide an opportunity for you to meet colleagues from all over the University who are also working with students. The network is aimed anyone who works face-to-face with students, from library assistants to course administrators, and from food service assistants to student experience managers.
Each session is themed, with interactive workshops to help share practical ideas, and run by colleagues from many different teams. And most importantly, there’s cake!
The 2014-15 programme starts on Tuesday, 2 December (10am-12pm):
Supporting students throughout their lifecycle: how can better understanding students’ major concerns help us all to better support them?
