A new booklet takes a look at some of the institutions, buildings and people who have helped create our University’s enviable history.

Knowledge, Wisdom and Humanity: Portraits from Our Past looks back upon our predecessor institutions and their roots in medical and technical education. It also tells the story of some of our historic buildings and remembers many of the people whose achievements helped forge Manchester’s reputation for innovation.
