Initial expressions of interest now welcome
The National Teaching Fellowship Scheme (NTF) is an external award scheme coordinated by the Higher Education Academy.
The University can nominate up to three candidates each year. NTF candidates should have an excellent track record in teaching and learning with a national and international reputation.
Expressions of interest are invited by colleagues by 12pm on Friday 31 October 2014.
Colleagues are invited to submit for consideration a short expression of interest addressing the criteria below:
- Individual Excellence: evidence of promoting and enhancing the student experience.
- Raising the Profile of Excellence: evidence of supporting colleagues and influencing support for student learning in (and, if appropriate, beyond) the University, through demonstrating impact and engagement beyond the nominee's immediate academic or professional role.
- Developing Excellence: the nominee's commitment to her/his ongoing professional development with regard to teaching and learning and/or learning support.
