Helena is running through arthritis

Helena Edwardson, IT Services Training Officer, is running her first ever 10K for Arthritis Research UK
Helena was diagnosed with osteoarthritis a few years ago and took up regular exercise to help with pain management. She started running in March this year and enjoyed it so much that she decided to raise money and signed up for the Wigan 10K for Arthritis Research UK.
Chronic pain is debilitating and Arthritis Research work hard to try and help people living with all forms of arthritis: every penny counts, no matter how small the donation.
Helena set herself a fundraising target of £100, which she has well and truly beaten.
