Confirming international summer internships or placements for our students

At this time of year, academic and support staff will start to receive requests from students who need help confirming an international summer internship or placement.
It is law in certain countries (such as France) that all internships carried out by students must be a joint agreement between the University and the employer, and that a legally binding form must be completed.
The University of Manchester Careers Service have designed such a form in conjunction with the University lawyers which can be accessed via the Careers Service. This is the only version of an agreement that should be used and I want to get this message out to as many staff as possible.
