The University of Manchester (UK) and the University of Roma TRE (Italy) are conducting a not-for-profit survey on "Lifestyle, Diet, Health & Medicine"
The objective of this survey is to assess people's perception of health and disease with respect to lifestyle habits and dietary regimens in comparison with and relation to traditional and complementary alternative medicine.
