- Pilates: Tuesdays, 12pm, Wellbeing Room 1, Dover Street Building
- Hatha Yoga: Tuesdays, 5pm, UMSA Activity Room, Dover Street Building
- Zumba: Tuesdays, 6.10pm, UMSA Activity Room, Dover Street Building
- Zumba Toning: Thursdays, 5pm, UMSA Activity Room, Dover Street Building
- Belly Dancing: Wednesdays, 5pm, Room H11, Sackville Street Building
- Kettlebell Conditioning: Fridays, 12pm, UMSA Activity Room, Dover Street Building
