Sport Manchester still have places left on the following courses:-

  • Tai Chi for Health: Mondays, 12pm, Wellbeing Room 1, Dover Street Building
  • Pilates: Tuesdays, 12pm, Wellbeing Room 1, Dover Street Building
  • Hatha Yoga: Tuesdays, 5pm, UMSA Activity Room, Dover Street Building
  • Zumba: Tuesdays, 6.10pm, UMSA Activity Room, Dover Street Building
  • Zumba Toning: Thursdays, 5pm, UMSA Activity Room, Dover Street Building
  • Belly Dancing: Wednesdays, 5pm, Room H11, Sackville Street Building
  • Kettlebell Conditioning: Fridays, 12pm, UMSA Activity Room, Dover Street Building
