Be Healthy with five things a day on 7 May
Here are five things you can do to keep healthy on 7 May:
- Ditch the lift and take the stairs
- Keep hydrated by drinking eight glasses of water
- Join a class
- Walk or cycle to campus - and home again!
- Go Greek! Follow the Greek example and eat nine portions of fruit and veg
