Statement from the Director of Estates and Facilities

The University has submitted a draft Strategic Planning Framework to Manchester City Council outlining proposals to redevelop the Owens Park campus at Fallowfield. This is still very much conceptual and no planning application has been submitted or funding sourced. 

Staff will be kept informed of any future development with regard to the Fallowfield Campus.

Residential accommodation on the site will continue to be maintained and operated as usual.
