Get fit for summer
This summer term we have a full programme, including two new sessions: *Supple Strength and *Express Cardio.
Supple Strength
This is a body weight training system which maximizes the movement potential of the human body. This dynamic new way to train will effectively retrain your body to reclaim its natural ability to move with elegance, strength, power and speed.
This class is geared towards improving mobility, building strength and flexibility through a focus on flow movement.
The possibilities are endless!
Express Cardio
This is a 30 minute workout session, and is a lower level of Cardioblast, but it will still get your body moving and your muscles pumping. Intensity levels will be given so the session is suitable for beginners and intermediates (a less strenuous version of Cardioblast).
