Maintenance work on Blackberry service – Monday 7 April

Staff using Blackberry devices will experience an interruption to some services.
On Monday 7 April, we will be working with Vodafone to perform some essential maintenance work on the Blackberry Enterprise Server. This work will ensure the continued reliability and security of the service.
During part of the day, no new emails, calendar appointments and messages sent through BBM will be sent to Blackberry phones. However, the phones will continue to allow voice calls and text messages, and all information already on them will be accessible.
All emails, calendar appointments and BBM messages will be queued and delivered once the service comes back online.
