Free Wellbeing activities on Wednesday 2 April

The second of this year's 'Wellbeing Wednesdays' with the focus on ‘Be Calm’.

Come along and find that inner calm among our hectic lifestyles. There’s relaxation classes; ways to manage stress; the chill out room; and more.

And to keep up the calming influence, no need to stress about booking because all sessions are drop in (on a first come, first served basis).
