2 April sees the second of this year's Wellbeing Wednesdays with the focus on ‘Be Calm’.
A varied timetable of free activities will be taking place on the day and there’s something for everyone!
From relaxation classes to the chill out room, to our path to calm and the chance to win a desk massage, we’ll be showing you how to keep calm on campus and find that inner mood of peace amongst our hectic lifestyles.
And there's no need to stress about booking because all sessions are drop in (on a first come, first served basis).
