Find answers to your IT related questions quickly and easily.
As part of the Help and Support offered by the IT Service Desk you have access to the Knowledge Base - a powerful database which allows you to quickly and easily find answers to your IT related questions. These answers range from ‘How To’ articles offering step-by-step guides to accomplish tasks, to useful explanations of applications and processes.
You can also use this 24/7 service to send details of your queries or submit a service request online. The Knowledge Base is similar to an Internet search engine; all you need to do is enter keywords and select Search.
