What’s IT worth? Share your opinion in the Staff IT Survey
27 Jan 2014
IT Services launched their staff survey on Monday, 20 January and are asking colleagues “What’s IT worth?”
Have you ever thought about what it’s worth to have quality IT facilities available to support your research; or to have an effective and reliable online learning system? Or perhaps what it’s worth to use a range of mobile devices across campus without any hassle or uncertainty; or to speak with a friendly and knowledgeable support analyst when you have an IT query?
IT Services want to find out what aspects of IT matter to you and how you feel they are currently meeting your requirements.
The survey will be available to take online up until 7 February at:
It will take between five and 10 minutes to complete.
It is completely anonymous and is being administered by the University's Market Research Officer, on behalf of IT Services.
In each week of the survey there will be a prize draw for all colleagues who have taken part, with a chance to win a £100 Amazon gift card. Congratulations to last weeks’ winner – Kate Timms from the Institute of Inflammation and Repair!
Results of the survey will be made available around Easter.
